Flextech Adhesive:
Advanced polymer modified cementious adhesive. It has a high resistance to climate/temperature changes. It's special purpose is to install flooring in areas that have moisture issues. This adhesive will tolerate subfloors with up to 10 lbs. of moisture. It can be used for carpet, VC tile, ceramic tile, indoors or outdoors. It can only be used for flooring that is porous to allow for moisture to escape.

Flextech Floor Patch:
Polymer Modified Portland Cement Patch. Fast setting (10-15 minutes) when mixed with water. May by used from feather edge to 1/4". Use to patch and smooth floors prior to installation of ceramic tile, carpet, resilient and wood flooring. Excellent vinyl embossing leveler, just add latex instead of water. (Not recommended over particleboard or gypsum-based concrete that are moisture sensitive.)
