Modified Portland Cement Patch. Fast setting (10-15 minutes) when mixed
with water. May by used from feather edge to 1/4". Use to patch and smooth
floors prior to installation of ceramic tile, carpet, resilient and wood
flooring. Excellent vinyl embossing leveler, just add latex instead of water.
(Not recommended over particleboard or gypsum-based concrete that are moisture
sensitive.)
